  Paper Submission

You need to create an account in EasyChair, if you don't have one already.

Submission requirements:
  • Papers  (in English) should have 12 pages maximum and must be submitted online in PDF format by  August 15th, 2008. Please note that for the camera ready version, papers exceeding 12 pages will charged a rate of 50 Euro per additional page.  It is important to remark that we will use a blind review process in EuroISI 2008, read the details below.
  • Required templates with the aproppiate format for your papers are available: click  HERE.
  • Please read the explanatory "sv-lncs.pdf" and "typeinst.doc" carefully, and use the relevant templates and sample files for PC (sv-lncs.dot) and Mac (sv-lncs) environments. Additional information for the Latex2e Macro is available: click HERE.
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent by email on September 5th, 2008. The accepted papers should be revised according to the referees' comments and submitted in camera-ready version in PDF format by September 15th, 2008 together with all the source files in Latex or Word format and the signed copyright form. The final version should be prepared following strictly LNCS requirements.
  • EuroISI 2008 is running a blind review process. In preparing your manuscript, do not include any information which could reveal your identity, or that of your co-authors. The title section of your manuscript should not contain any author names, email addresses, or affiliation status. If you do include any author names on the title page, your submission will be automatically rejected. In the body of your submission, you should eliminate all direct references to your own previous work. That is, avoid phrases such as "this contribution generalizes our results for XYZ". Also, please do not disproportionately cite your own previous work. In other words, make your submission as anonymous as possible. We need your cooperation in our effort to maintain a fair, blind reviewing process - and to consider all submissions equally. Papers that do not conform to these guidelines will be rejected without any further consideration.
  • Accepted papers will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series
  • At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register with the conference and present the paper.
